    After being overwhelmed by my situation I was fortunate to have Nima come and fix the situation with efficiency and expertise. He bought and brought the units I had chosen and checked what he needed to do the work and got on with it. At one point he told me that he would need some extra supplies and the extra cost. He was pleasant and courteous and thoughtful (eg asked me where he should put the cardboard) The final price was less than I had thought it would be. I was so impressed with him and his work that I have made an appointment with him for further work I need to be done
